<p>It is just a question, I know the law should be fair, and it has to be innocent until proven guilty, but I wonder how someone can get a confession, and not freak out and say,,,  WOAH throw this person in jail he confessed&#8230;</p>

<p>I&#8217;m not suggesting any person, guilty, innocent, or unkown, does not deserve counsel or a fair trial, but is not justice the ultimate goal of our judicial system and NOT just winning?</p>
<p>How could a defense counsel live with himself if he knowingly got a violent criminal declared innocent and have that criminal commit another violent act? If he can live with himself after that, what does that say about his moral compass?<br/><br/>Darrick Liedberg</div>
