But I am talking about why lawyers love to keep post on date for going to court? I am talking about when there is no need or not necessary to need more time.

Possible lawyers are too busy that they always want more free time to play golf or what?

If you say better for clients, what benefit to waiting when we just want finish it now to get over with it.

It is just a question, I know the law should be fair, and it has to be innocent until proven guilty, but I wonder how someone can get a confession, and not freak out and say,,, WOAH throw this person in jail he confessed…

Whether it is privacy or not, i dont believe it should be this way.

I’m not suggesting any person, guilty, innocent, or unkown, does not deserve counsel or a fair trial, but is not justice the ultimate goal of our judicial system and NOT just winning?

How could a defense counsel live with himself if he knowingly got a violent criminal declared innocent and have that criminal commit another violent act? If he can live with himself after that, what does that say about his moral compass?
